Why Your Annual Update Matters
Each year, parents and guardians of 10th, 11th, and 12th graders are asked to log in to ParentVUE and complete the Annual Update (9th grade families do this automatically when they enroll). This update is very important because it ensures your child’s school has the most accurate and up-to-date information.
What You’ll Be Updating:

Medical information – so our nurses can provide the best care if needed.

Emergency contacts – so we can reach the right people quickly in case of an emergency.

Addresses, phone numbers, and emails – so you don’t miss important messages from ParentSquare.

Meal program information – which helps determine Free/Reduced Lunch eligibility and provides vital school funding.

Acknowledgements and permissions – such as our technology and internet use policies.
Keeping this information current supports student safety, helps schools communicate with families, and ensures important programs and resources are funded.
