The junior went 4-0 to win the 171-pound championship at the Upland Blackwatch Invitational on Friday. Vazquez had three pins and one decision. He is an outstanding 21-3 this season, including a title at the Raider Rotational and a second-place finish at the Gold Coast Tournament.
