In recognition of superior energy performance, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has awarded the ENERGY STAR to Adolfo Camarillo High School, Channel Islands High School, Hueneme High School, Oxnard High School, Pacifica High School, and Rio Mesa High School for 2013! Buildings that earn EPA’s ENERGY STAR use 35 percent less energy and generate 35 percent fewer greenhouse gas emissions than similar buildings across the nation. ENERGY STAR awards are third-party validation of the success of our energy program at the national level, and demonstrate our commitment to high standards in energy conservation.
