Robert Q. Valles

  • Graduated in 1954
  • Varsity Football and Baseball Captain.
  • Long Time OUHSD School Board Member from 1994-2012
  • Korean War Veteran
  • Founder of Hacienda Savings and Loan
  • Member of the Mexican-American Engineer Society
  • Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Ventura County Award 1994.
  • Earned an associate degree from Ventura College, a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a Masters degree in business administration from the University of La Verne.
  • 30-year civilian employee of the naval base in Port Hueneme
  • Worked to Found the ROTC, MESA and Mariachi Programs for OUHSD.
