The Camarillo High boys’ and girls’ basketball teams are playing well at the end of the regular season. The Scorpion boys defeated Rio Mesa 59-56 on Wednesday at home to secure the Pacic View League championship. The Scorpions are 22-5 overall and 9-1 in league. Entering Thursday’s game at Pacifica, the Camarillo girls’ team earned at least a share of the Pacific View crown. Results of that game were not available at press time.
