On Saturday, September 7 Frontier High School was invited, along with the other 2013 Civic Learning Award winners, to the Reagan Library. In honor of Constitution Day, the students, teachers and administrators heard a keynote speech by California’s Chief Justice, Tani Cantil-Sakuye, followed by students presenting their award winning programs.
Students Mia Bolante (from year 1) and Alex Reyes (from year 2) represented Frontier High School, explaining Frontier’s Mock Trial Program and how the experience has affected their lives.
Presentations were followed by a tour of the library, including the Lincoln exhibit, lunch and display presentations for all conference participants.
