The Scorpions stayed in-house, announcing they had hired Jack Willard on Friday afternoon.
Willard is a Camarillo High graduate and longtime teacher at the school. He spent last season as Camarillo’s defensive coordinator and is the school’s head varsity softball coach.
“I am very excited about the opportunity to be in this position,” Willard said. “I really love football and I am really looking forward to having this as a challenge. It’s nice to be able to teach and coach in the same city that you live.”
