Blake Redman and the Camarillo High baseball team play at 11 a.m. Saturday at Granada Hills. The Scorpions, 7-6 overall and 4-2 in the Pacic View League, battle rival Rio Mesa twice next week, at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday at home and 7 p.m. Fri., April 12 at Freedom Park. Although the Spartans are 4-9 overall, they are 4-2 in the Pacific View. Camarillo, Rio Mesa and Pacifica (also 4-2 in league) are chasingfirst-place Oxnard. Redman, a senior, is the Scorpions’ ace with a 3-0 record, 1.70 ERA, 23 strikeouts andfive walks in 33 innings of work.
