Rio Mesa students ready to cut loose in musical

Rio Mesa High School’s Drama Club will stage the musical “Footloose” April 12 through 14 at Pacifica High School auditorium in Oxnard. The Rio Mesa High School Drama Club will present the musical “Footloose” at 7 p.m. Thurs. to Sat., April 12 through 14, with a matinee performance at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Pacifi ca High School auditorium, 600 E. Gonzales Road, Oxnard.

About 20 RMHS students will stage the production, with the help of behind-the-scenes volunteers under the direction of Lindann Cheney.

Advance tickets can be purchased at the school for $5 for students, $10 for adults. Tickets will also be sold at the theater before each show.
