After monopolizing the Pacific View League championship throughout the past decade, the Yellowjackets placed second two years ago, and third last season. So guess what tops Oxnard’s to-do list for the 2012 league campaign?
“Winning league is our motivation,” says Oxnard coach Jeff Staniland. “We’ve talked about that starting with our first team meeting. We had a young team last year, and we certainly had our ups and down through the whole league season.
