Hueneme team’s talent is undebatable

It is with great honor to announce that our HHS Migrant Spanish Debate team earned 3rd place honors at the annual Migrant Speech and Debate tournament this weekend in Sacramento, CA. Our team earned 1st place honors two weeks ago to earned the privilege to represent Region 17 (Ventura County) at the event. Thou its a bittersweet feeling since the students extensively to earn 1st place. I welcome you to join me in congratulating our Viking girls Hilda Baltazar (far right), Maria Ortiz, Yanel Guzman (center), Estefania Mendez, Elba Mendez (far left). We are very proud of them. Go Vikings!
