Josh Hoth may not be the biggest football player around at 5-foot-10, 200 pounds.

But he sure knows how to make his presence felt.

Hoth bulldozed through a collection of defenders for a touchdown and sacked Oxnard’s quarterback in the Camarillo High football team’s 48-0 rout of the visiting Yellowjackets on Friday night in the Pacific View League opener for both teams.

“He’s our strongest kid on the football team in every lift there is whether it’s the squats or it’s a bench press or it’s a dead lift,” Camarillo football coach Dennis Riedmiller said. “Whatever it is, he is extremely strong and you can see that dragging people all over the place.
