
The Camarillo High boys volleyball team had no intention of sharing the Pacific View League title.On Tuesday night, the Scorpions laid to rest any doubt of their league supremacy with a 3-0 sweep of host Rio Mesa, 26-24, 25-14, 31-29. The win allowed Camarillo (20-4) to complete league play with a pristine 10-0 record.Camarillo is ranked No. 6 in Division 3 while Rio Mesa is at No. 7.
“It’s really exciting,” Camarillo’s J.T. McGinley said of winning league.
