Pacifica High School, Oxnard High School, and Channel Islands High School are among the top 50 high performing high schools for English Learner students in the state of California. Our three high schools were the only schools in Ventura county to be selected among the 150 elementary, middle, and high schools included. This data was compiled by Riverside County Office of Education and shared by Ventura County Office of Education. This speaks for the unique individual, schoolwide, and districtwide successful effort that we’ve focused on over the years. The best is yet to come!
The Governing Board desires to provide a safe school environment that allows all students equal access and opportunities in the district's academic, extracurricular, and other educational support programs, services, and activities.
