Six local debutantes were introduced earlier this month during the 54th annual Las Patronas Presentation Ball at the Ventura Beach Marriott hotel. The young women included, from left, Jayme Dwyer of Ventura, Kathleen Borchard of Somis, Alexandra Arce of Oxnard, Kayla Lindquist of Camarillo, Morgan Eales of Ventura and Kaitlin Farris of Ventura. The high school seniors, all college bound, have distinguished themselves as standout students. They are also involved in student government and community service.
