A home burglary left a child prodigy without many of her musical instruments.

Rachel Flowers was born premature and lost her vision when she was just three months old.

Flowers started playing the piano at age two and plays the flute and sax too.

But burglars broke through a window of her Oxnard home during a power outage Sunday.

They stole electronics and instruments she owns and some that belong to Hueneme High School.

The 17 year old has been featured on 60-Minutes and has played with a legend at a Ventura Music Festival Jazz Concert.

Huenene High’s staff is trying to think up a fundraiser to help.
