Frontier wins Excellence Award

Frontier High School was recently recognized by the California Continuation Education Association as a 2011 California School of Excellence at the recent conference held in Oakland, CA on May 5-7, 2011. Also receiving an award as an individual who stands above their peers in providing excellence to students in California’s Continuation High schools was Donna McNair, FHS Principal’s Secretary. Donna received recognition by the CCEA, as the 2011 Classified Employee of the Year.

The mission of the California Continuation Education Association is to advocate for the betterment of continuation education and to promote the development of quality schools for our students, to support and provide professional development for the improvement of instruction that leads to student achievement of high standards, completion of a high school diploma, effective preparation for work, positive community involvement, and a foundation for life-long learning.
