Taylor Hansen went 2 for 3 with two RBI and Parker Hindle went 3 for 5 with two runs and an RBI as the first-place Scorpions improved to 15-4-1, 10-0 in the Pacific View League.
Daniel Lerma was 2 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI double for Rio Mesa (9-10, 5-5).
