Noelle Berry wanted nothing to do with a fifth game inside a loud Oxnard High gymnasium.Nor did the senior outside hitter want to risk sharing a potential Pacific View League girls volleyball title with Oxnard.

Berry helped Camarillo avoid both with 16 kills and 23 digs as the Scorpions outlasted Oxnard on Tuesday night in four games, 25-22, 23-25, 25-16, 25-20.

“We still have two more games, but finishing Oxnard like that felt really, really good,” Berry said.
