The Maintenance & Operations Department has 1- Director, 1- Operations Manager, 1- Facilities rental Clerk, 1-Office clerk, 11- Skill Craft employees, 20 – Grounds workers, and 43 Custodians.
This Department is responsible for the Maintenance and cleaning of over, 1 Million 4-Hundred 40 Thousand Square feet of Building Space, and 265 Acres of land.
This Department is under the Business Services Department and operates under the State of California Legal Codes as well as the Governing Board of the District. We are a service function Department and our Goal is to ensure a safe, clean, and proper functioning Facility for all of the Students and Staff.
The Maintenance portion of this Department is responsible for the proper function of all of the Buildings and Grounds. The Operations portion of the Department is responsible for the Cleaning of all of the buildings.
