Integrated Pest Management
It is the intent of the Oxnard Union High School District to minimize the use of chemical pesticides. When their use cannot be avoided, we will strive to utilize the least toxic appropriate method.
The Maintenance & Operations Department has 1- Director, 1- Operations Manager, 1- Facilities rental Clerk, 1-Office clerk, 11- Skill Craft employees, 20 – Grounds workers, and 43 Custodians.
This Department is under the Business Services Department and operates under the State of California Legal Codes as well as the Governing Board of the District. We are a service function Department and our Goal is to ensure a safe, clean, and proper functioning Facility for all of the Students and Staff.
This Department is responsible for the Maintenance and cleaning of over, 1 Million 4-Hundred 40 Thousand Square feet of Building Space, and 265 Acres of land.
