You qualify to begin enrollment!

Before you begin, you will need to gather the following required documents:

(Check off each one)

  • Proof of Age - Your child's original birth certificate or passport
  • Immunization Records - Yellow card or printout from your doctor or clinic (I need more info...)
  • One Utility Bill - With your name and home address
  • Email Address

Additionally, if your student has any of the following, you will need to gather them:

  • Most Recent School Records - Report Card or Transcript
  • IEP (Individual Education Plan)
  • 504 Plan
  • Custody Orders - Under CA law, the general rule is both natural parents have equal rights to make decisions affecting the education of their children so if a court order modifying custody exists, have that available.
  • If you are not the parent/legal guardian of the student you must complete the Caregiver's Authorization Affidavit

Current 8th graders must select the 26-27 school year to enroll into 9th grade.
