To update employee information in your HR or Payroll record or access information, pay stubs, and annual tax forms, use the Ventura County/OUHSD Frontline CA Employee Online Portal. To access the portal, please visit: https://mypayroll.vcoe.org/#/login

Employee Updates and Tax Withholdings

• Update your tax information (Federal W-4 and State DE-4)
• Change your home or mailing address
• Change your phone number(s)
• Change your emergency contacts
• Change your doctor contact

Employee Information and Annual Tax Forms

• Paycheck Stubs
• View and save your IRS W-2 and 1095 forms
• Check your health care benefits and monthly costs
• See your leave balances and activity
• Review your work assignments, credentials, and education records
• Access HR requirements, like TB testing information
• View district-wide pay dates and other important documents
