- Guaranteed job placement consideration: Students are guaranteed an interview with program partners upon completion of the program.
- Purpose: To provide high school students with hands-on experience and professional qualifications to enter the Early Childhood Education (ECE) field as an Instructional Aide or Paraprofessional.

- Classroom Instruction (RSI): Students receive formal instruction in the classroom as part of their
Related Supplemental Instruction (RSI). - On-the-Job Training (OJT): Real-world, paid apprenticeship experience.

- Junior Year (11th Grade): 6 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
