Follow the Steps Listed Below to Begin Application:

Step 1: Students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA to be eligible.

Step 2: All 3 sections must be completed by the student, employer, and parent. Original signatures will be required.

Step 3: Complete the work permit application and return application to the Career Center. Original signatures will be required.

Step 4: Once the work permit is issued, a student will need to pick up the work permit application in person from the Career Center. Student signature is required.

Follow Up Steps After Work Permit is Approved:

Students will receive two copies of the work permit application.

1. for the employer (supervisor at place of employment).

2. for student records.

Have a phone number that can be used to contact in regards to any questions relating to the work study application.
