Requests for Information (RFI's):

Q: To help us calibrate a realistic and sustainable hourly rate and annual cap, could you let us know whether the District has an anticipated total contract value or budget range in mind for this contract, consistent with how prior years' agreements were funded?

A: The District has not established a target contract value or budget range for this solicitation. Proposers should submit their best and most competitive fee proposal based on the scope of services outlined in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the published evaluation criteria.

The District encourages proposers to submit a fee structure that clearly demonstrates how costs are allocated and supports the efficient delivery of services throughout the contract term. Pricing proposals that provide predictability for ongoing services while allowing for reasonable flexibility to address fluctuations in service demand or family needs are welcome, provided the methodology for any adjustments is clearly described and supported by appropriate documentation.  For example, proposers may consider whether a pricing structure that establishes a recurring base cost for ongoing services, with a clearly defined process for periodic review and adjustment based on documented service utilization, best supports the objectives of the District.

The District is seeking a pricing approach that is transparent, sustainable, and reflective of the anticipated scope of services. Proposers should clearly identify any assumptions, cost allocation methodology, and processes for addressing changes in service utilization during the contract term.
