Q: We received the bid documents for the above-referenced project but were unable to locate the engineer's estimate. If possible, please reply back to this email with the engineer’s estimate or kindly forward this to the person best able to provide this information.
A. There is no engineer's estimate, there is a grant amount for the work.
Q: I’m putting together my firm’s response to the CalSHAPE RFQ. In order to attach a sample contract, the response will exceed 20 pages. May we add the sample contract, insurance certificate and bonding capacity letter as an attachment so we may use the 20 allotted pages for the important information that pertains to the project?
A: The District understands the number of pages in the contract may be lengthy. The contract pages will not be counted as part of the 20 page limit.
