Q: Do we have to pre-register to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting?
A: No, pre-registration is not required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit.
Q: It seems some of the documents to bid or missing. In the description of work it list different scopes of work and references specific drawings. The drawings referenced were not included in the bid documents. EI-201, E-104, MI-217D, MI-217, PI-201, CCD27_A02, CCD27_A03.
A: Exhibit C has been corrected and includes the documents you mentioned.
Q: May I ask you why this job is rebid?
A: The first bid did not include CCD 27, in error. This one contains that.
