DSHS & ACE Meal Application

Dear Parents and Families of Del Sol HS & ACE Charter School, 

The Oxnard Union High School District asks parents and families of DSHS and ACE Charter School to fill out the attached Meal Application Form.                                                                                       *Please note, students and families of all other OUHSD school sites should fill out the LCFF Education benefit Form.                                                                     

All students will be offered one breakfast, one lunch, one supper and one snack each school day, regardless of eligibility. However, families are strongly encouraged to fill out the Meal Application form because the California Department of Education (CDE) uses the Meal Application Form to calculate supplemental funding for our schools which is built into the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). Supplemental funding in the LCAP is used to improve and enhance services to your student, including but not limited to: Student Chromebooks, Tutoring, Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate Test Fees, additional Counseling services, Wellness Centers, Career Technical Education programs, and other programs designed to assist students in becoming College Ready and Career Prepared. 

It is extremely important that you complete the enclosed form and return it using the enclosed self-addressed envelope or apply online at Every eligible form that is not submitted means lost resources for our students.
