In partnering with Facilitron, Oxnard Union High School District has launched custom facility use sites for the district and each school – allowing facility use requests to be submitted at any time. View and request all district facilities online.
Oxnard Union High School District's Facility Request System
Oxnard Union High School District is pleased to announce our online facility request and rental system designed to provide a positive user experience for all. With the system, reservation requests can be submitted easily and will be handled more efficiently. Renters will be able to access photos and descriptions, see real-time availability, get estimated quotes and pay online.
Although the process of requesting/approval/management of facility use is now digital, what’s implemented on Facilitron, remains the same as dictated by Oxnard Union High School District’s board policies on facility use. The district’s administrative staff makes final decisions on all facility use requests.

How Facilitron Can Help You
Facilitron will assist with the set-up of organization and user accounts along with verification of non-profit status (if applicable). Facilitron will also collect payment and proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) on Oxnard Union High School District’s behalf. Payments can be submitted conveniently on Facilitron.
Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and Paypal. Proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) can also be conveniently uploaded into the system, and/or it can be obtained directly through Facilitron.

Developer Fees - Rates Effective 11/24/24
All new construction projects exceeding 500 square feet, including both ADU and general construction, are subject to School Impact Fees.
If the total construction is over 500 sq. ft., a school impact fee will apply.
If the total construction is 500 sq. ft. or less, no school fee is due.
Email Sylvia Abu-Aita at Sylvia.abuaita@oxnardunion.org with either the School Facilities Compliance Form (Certification of Compliance/Application) or include the following project details in your message: Project address, Total square footage of the construction and the Elementary School District in which the project is located. This information is required for Sylvia to determine the applicable high school impact fees.
Sylvia will: Provide the high school fee amount due (if applicable), or Sign off on the school fee form and return it to you via email if the project is 500 sq. ft. or less (no fee required).

If fees are required, payments can be made in person at: Oxnard Union High School District, 1800 Solar Drive, Oxnard, CA: Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Accepted Payment Methods: Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or Cash (Exact Amount Only). Make all payments payable to: Oxnard Union High School District

The Facilitron system is now live for all sites. Moving forward, the only way to request use of a district facility is by creating a Facilitron account and submitting a request online. Please watch our video introduction to placing a request.
For those who had reservations with Oxnard Union High School District prior to Facilitron, accounts have already been created on your behalf, and an automated email has been sent to you to create a password to access your renter account.
