The Dance Pathway gives student the ability to express themselves through dance – all while learning different dance styles and techniques through various exercises. Students develop an understanding of dance history as well as the importance of dance around the world. Students have the opportunity to learn how to dance, as well as gain the confidence and resilience needed to pursue their dreams. This pathway’s multi-year sequence of classes and work-based learning experiences prepares students for the rigors of college coursework in dance and gives them a competitive advantage in the performance arts industry.
