Developer Fees

On June 11, 2014 the District completed an updated School Facilities Needs Analysis (SFNA), Fee Justification Report.  This SFNA was approved by the District Board of Trustees at its June 25, 2014 meeting and fees were in effect on August 25th, 2014; The District’s current agreed upon proportionate share ranges from twenty-nine percent (29%) to forty percent (40%) of $3.36, or between $0.9744 and $1.3440 per square foot. The amounts listed below summarize the true costs of new development and compares that cost to the amount the District is currently authorized to collect.

There is also a fee for commercial/industrial construction set at $0.54 per square foot of new chargeable covered and enclosed space. The amounts listed below are per square foot payable to the OUHSD.
